As we journey through our lives, it is inevitable that we might encounter challenges, confusion, loss, or self-doubt. The waves of stress and pain can carry us away from the shore of our true selves, making it difficult to find our way back to a place of peace and clarity. My aim as a therapist is to serve as an anchor amidst the uncertainties, supporting you as you move through the peaks and valleys of your unique path.

My approach to therapy is largely built on relational elements, trauma-informed practices, mind-body healing, and fostering inner strength and resilience. Whether you are experiencing creative blockages, undergoing a significant life-transition, have medical concerns, are facing academic challenges, or dealing with all of the above, you can expect that Iā€™m most interested in who you are as a person and cultivating an understanding, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I welcome the fullness and richness of all of your experiences and emotions, and am eager to help you as you move towards meaning-making and personal growth.

I am open to working with all ages, including children as young as 6 years-old and older adults. With younger kids, I typically focus on child-centered play therapy, along with fostering personal understanding, responsibility, and capacity for expression. As we work together, you might also find that I occasionally bring up books, movies, and a connection to nature, as these are all sources I turn to for a greater perspective on life and enjoy sharing with others.

If this resonates with you and you feel we might be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a consultation.
