I aim to create a space of warmth, respect and curiosity where, together, we can explore the nuance and depth of your story. While everyone's individual challenges differ, I believe that fundamentally, the process of feeling, experiencing and examining our struggles promotes growth—increased awareness, new ways of being, more empathy, different ways of relating to ourselves and others, and more meaning and connection.
In therapy, we often hold the tension of perceived opposites, multiple perspectives, and different ways of knowing. I have spent a good part of my career working in a business environment, and have both an MSW and an MBA. In some ways, this background influences my clinical style, where I seek to help clients layer the emotional and subjective nature of their unique experience with a sense of pragmatism that allows for more ease in their relationships and communities. I practice with a holistic and integrated approach, and believe that connecting with mind, body, and other parts of Self can help shape and change our experience in profound ways.
If you think you might like to work together, please reach out to me directly to explore next steps.
